When the West End abruptly closed in March 2020, many shows were uncertain about when they would be reopening their doors. Although a few tentatively reopened in late 2020 for a couple of weeks, all of them closed shop again and have only just started announcing their reopening dates. However, with the vaccine rollout going so well and confidence that this summer will be better than the last, there is a feeling of quiet confidence with most of the West End shows announcing late spring/ early summer 2021 reopening dates. Although each theatre has its own rules e.g. each booking must only contain one household, we hope to book our favourite shows again very soon.
