COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

Our top priority is your health, safety and well being. All our hotels are required to adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures, including all local laws. In addition, we provide our hotels with best practices and guidelines and have supplemented these resources with additional COVID-19 cleanliness specific guidance, training and information.

Hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including lobbies, lifts, door handles and public bathrooms).

All hotels have been advised on cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses.

We continue to review our breakfast and food and beverage services in accordance with current food safety recommendations.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. On a daily basis, our hotels are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene to cleaning product specifications and guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

Specific Steps

We clean our hotels to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms.
  • Frequent sanitisation of high-contact points, such as lift buttons, door handles, reception counters and bathrooms.
  • Hand sanitisers placed at guest contact areas, such as hotel lobbies
  • Provision of masks and gloves for our guests and employees upon request, subject to availability.
  • Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and the health of our employees and guests.

Advice for Guests or Employees who Feel Unwell

If you’ve become ill in our hotel or feel you may have been in close contact with someone with confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19):

  1. Call reception immediately. Our reception team will contact the Local Health Authorities on your behalf. If you call the Local Health Authorities yourself, please advise our reception team immediately.
  2. Stay in your hotel room.
  3. Avoid contact with other guests or employees.

The symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are:

  • a cough
  • a high temperature
  • shortness of breath
